Vicky Garvey

Research Manager

Vicky joined Six Degrees in 2022 as Research Manager, supporting the Executive Search team in identifying senior executives for Csuite, executive, non executive and Board appointments.

Vicky has an extensive recruitment career, working in both London and Sydney for a leading International recruitment agency where she focused on recruiting senior executive roles in sales, marketing and accounting.

Following maternity leave, Vicky decided to move into executive research, helping build a newly established research team. Supporting the Banking and Finance Practice Leaders, Vicky provided research support on a range of senior appointments including market mapping and identifying and approaching talent in the market. She also played a key role in setting up and rolling out the research methodology to the business as well as training graduate trainees.

Vicky is passionate about developing long term and deep relationships with clients and candidates, and providing a thorough and detailed methodology and service.
