Tara Todd-Chidley

National Learning & Development Manager

Tara joined Six Degrees Executive in 2024 as our National Learning & Development Manager.

Tara brings over 15 years of expertise in adult learning principles, strategic initiatives, competency-based assessment, and coaching. Her diverse background includes notable roles at Flight Centre Vic/Tas, Cornerstone People Solutions, Holmesglen Tafe, and Metricon, where she excelled in creating and delivering training programs.

Tara's educational qualifications include a Grad Cert in Business (Human Resources), a Bachelor of Teaching, Cert IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma in Leadership and Management, and Cert IV in Competitive Systems and Practices.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Tara channels her creativity through painting and drawing.

Passionate about ethical practices, Tara prioritises personalised learning, learner connection, and stakeholder engagement. She advocates for meaningful, relevant, and timely training.
