COMMUNITY SUPPORT
AT SIX DEGREES
We have a structured workplace giving program which allows employees to regularly contribute to four charities of choice pre-tax: Beyond Blue, Foodbank Australia, The Smith Family and RSPCA Australia. These donations are matched on a regular basis by Six Degrees Executive as we aim to donate 1% of our profits per annum to charitable and community causes.
We have chosen these charities as supporting mental health, disadvantaged people and communities and promoting equal opportunities is extremely important to our business and team members.
In addition, all employees receive one volunteering day per year to either participate in a Six Degrees sponsored charity event, or volunteer in a capacity that is important to them. Over the past two years we have supported the following causes through donating our time and resources: Food Bank, Oz Harvest, St Kilda Mums, The Salvation Army, Re-Love, Big Group Hug and Very Special Kids.
