Sam Rubino

Senior Consultant

Sam joined the Six Degrees Executive Brisbane team in 2022 as a Talent Engagement Specialist. He was promoted to Consultant and Senior Consultant since this time within the Public Sector team with a focus on Government contracting.

Sam won Sourcr’s Recruiter of the year award in Government for AU/NZ and QLD in 22/23 for his exceptional work in the sector. 

Sam holds a Bachelor of Human Services from the University of Southern QLD and a Graduate Certificate of Business in Human Resources Management from QLD University of Technology.

Previously, Sam was working in the Non-for-profit space across multiple different child and youth mental health programs. He also worked at Headspace as a senior intake clinician. More recently, he was an Acting Team Leader for the Family Mental Heath Support Service (FMHSS) in South Brisbane and Team Leader for the National Psychosocial Support Measure (NPSM).

Outside of work, Sam is a passionate soccer and Chelsea fan. He loves building and painting warhammer models and walking his cavoodle Tilly.
