Head of People and Culture

Alexandra is one of our longest serving team members, having been with Six Degrees since 2007. She is heading our Human Resources department. 

Alexandra’s career at Six Degrees has been vast. She joined as a consultant recruiting Sales & Marketing roles in the FMCG space and has also held roles including Talent Engagement Specialist and Research Manager. Prior to Six Degrees, Alex worked with Montague Fresh, as an Assistant Trading Manager, before moving across to FAL Supermarkets as a Retail Buyer working across a portfolio of categories from within the dry grocery and freezer/chiller divisions. Alexandra then moved across to client side, taking up the role of National Business Manager – Retail Sales with Pacific Magazines.

Alexandra has been one of the most successful consultants at Six Degrees and her motto is not to “confuse having a career with having a life.” - Hilary Rodham Clinton.
