Faye joined the Six Degrees Executive Melbourne team in late 2023 as a member of the For-Purpose team. With over six years of recruitment experience across Australia, Faye specialises in Marketing, Communications, and Fundraising recruitment within the junior to mid-senior market.

Driven by her commitment to supporting mission-led organisations, Faye is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with not-for-profits, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and membership associations. She thrives on helping these organisations achieve their goals and create meaningful, lasting impact.

Faye began her recruitment career in healthcare, partnering with regional and remote health services nationwide. She later transitioned to Marketing and Digital recruitment, where she worked closely with membership services and NFP clients, which sparked her passion for the For-Purpose sector. Over the course of her career, Faye has developed a deep appreciation for building long-term relationships and delivering positive outcomes for both clients and candidates. Her focus is on making a meaningful impact on people’s career journeys, supported by a professional approach built on honesty, transparency, and collaboration.

Faye holds a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University, majoring in Human Resource Management and Management. Originally from Brisbane, she now calls Melbourne home. Outside of work, Faye loves traveling to new destinations, enjoying sunny beach days (when Melbourne allows!), and hosting dinner parties with friends, where she expresses her creativity in the kitchen.
