Maya joined Six Degrees Executive in 2012 and during her tenure has progressed to her current role as Associate Director, where she now leads the Marketing, Digital & Communications Practice for Victoria.

With over 12 years of experience, Maya has successfully recruited functional leadership appointments such as Chief Marketing Officers, Digital & Customer Experience, Data & Analytics, Category & Insights Directors, Shopper Marketing Directors and Innovation Directors for a diverse array of local and global organisations. She excels in partnering closely with clients, consulting them on talent strategy, and effectively appointing leaders who drive organisational success.
