Carissa joined the Six Degrees team in 2023, as a Senior Consultant in B2B Sales - Industrial, across Victoria.

Carissa’s career background has been in recruitment and corporate business development, with expertise in the automation, robotics, and manufacturing sectors for recruiting sales talent.

She holds a degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management and is currently studying her post-graduate in Gestalt Therapy.

She is passionate about a positive team-culture, well-being, and inclusion in the workplace.  In her spare time, Carissa loves acting in film, TV, and theatre.
