Senior Manager, Alan joined the Six Degrees Sydney team in 2021, managing Engineering and Operations, with over 18 years of recruitment experience. He is now also recruiting across Accounting & Finance for the NSW market. 

Alan started his career in Ireland and the UK, working for International Supply Chain and Logistics businesses.

Alan has spent a significant portion of his recruitment career in Logistics and Supply Chain, Accounting and Finance as well as the Public Sector. Over the last 3 years, Alan has moved back to his core and has been recruiting Engineering and Operations roles across the manufacturing, infrastructure, public works and utilities sectors. The types of roles that he recruits include: Operations Managers, Factory Managers, Site Managers, Engineering Managers, and other senior technical roles.

Alan holds a Bachelor of Business Management and Human Resource Management.

When he's not recruiting, Alan can be found enjoying live concerts and events. He attended the last ever Baseball game at the old Yankee Stadium in New York. He is also an active member of the RCSA, which is the peak body for recruitment in Australia. He also participates in their mentor program and is also on the RCSA NSW Regional Council.
