Natalie joined the Six Degrees team in 2015 as a Talent Engagement Specialist. Now an Executive Consultant, Natalie has specialised in marketing recruitment within the FMCG and Consumer Goods space throughout her time in the business.

She has experience working with clients from SME to multi-nationals alike on roles at all levels, giving her a strong wealth of knowledge of her market, deep candidate pools and the ability to truly consult and partner with her clients and candidates. 

Natalie is passionate about going the extra mile in supporting and coaching her candidates, preparing them for their job search, and loves partnering closely with clients to understand their needs so that she can support them through delivering exceptional talent.
