Katrina joined Six Degrees Executive in 2020 to establish the national Technology Practice and is now a Partner within the Executive Search business, specialising in C-suite and executive appointments across Technology, Digital and Data.

With more than 25 years’ experience recruiting technology leaders across the Australian market, Katrina has advised boards, CEOs and executive teams since 1998 on building high-performing technology functions. She has worked across both large enterprises and emerging growth businesses, supporting organisations navigating transformation, digital uplift and structural change.

Having started her recruitment career in 90's, she has seen the technology sector evolve through Y2K, the GFC and multiple waves of digital disruption. Prior to joining Six Degrees, Katrina founded and led her own boutique technology recruitment firm for 15 years. This entrepreneurial experience gives her a practical understanding of commercial pressures, growth strategy and leadership accountability, and has a reputation in market as a trusted advisor.

Katrina is known for her market insight, straight-talking style and deep network of senior technology leaders. She partners closely with clients to define capability aligned to long-term strategy, and with candidates to ensure appointments support meaningful career progression and impact.

Outside of work, Katrina is a proud mum of two and loves to practice pilates.
