Katrina’s twenty-five years of experience within technology recruitment and executive search positions her as a highly sought after thought leader and recruitment partner within the tech sector. Katrina has a strong track record of success placing CIO’s, CTO’s and senior technology leaders.

Katrina launched our Technology division when she joined Six Degrees in 2020 and over the last three years has built up a team of high performing specialist recruiters with extensive experience partnering with clients that have challenging technology needs and complex briefs. Prior to joining Six Degrees, Katrina had spent 15 years building her own successful technology recruitment firm and positioning this business as a genuine market leader designed to deliver high quality results for both candidates and clients.

Katrina is dedicated to working with senior business leaders to understand their business objectives and ways to leverage technology and human capital to deliver the best results for their business. She is a regular contributor at technology industry forums and events and is passionate about promoting initiatives for women in leadership and technology.
