Katrina is a seasoned Executive Search professional with over 25 years of experience in the technology sector.  Specializing in executive recruitment across Technology, Digital, Data and Transformation, Katrina has been a trusted advisor in the Australian market since 1998, partnering with senior leaders and organizations—both large and small—to build highly productive and effective IT teams.

Katrina joined Six Degrees Executive in 2020 to launch the national technology practice and now serves as a Partner in our Executive Search practice,  specialising in recruiting executive level talent within the Tech and Digital field.

Prior to joining Six Degrees, Katrina founded and ran her own boutique specialist technology recruitment firm for 15 years. Her entrepreneurial leadership and extensive industry knowledge have cemented her reputation as a trusted advisor in the executive recruitment space.
