Sarah Cox

Executive Consultant

​Sarah is part of the Six Degrees Melbourne Sales team and joined in 2021 as an Executive Consultant after 15 years in recruitment, retail, human resources and people development.

Sarah has worked as a Store Manager for Forever New and lululemon managing teams of up to 30, working across merchandising, community engagement, performance management, training and development to drive customer experience and sales.

Sarah has significant experience recruiting mid-senior executive roles across sales and marketing within FMCG, consumer, B2B and retail. She has successfully recruited for a number of blue chip clients, including Frucor, 7-Eleven, Coles, Officeworks, General Mills, Asahi, PPG, Australia Post, Grill'd, Laminex, The Accent Group.

Outside of work, we can find Sarah and her young family at parks, enjoying the outdoors.

Sarah finds purpose in building strong relationships with her candidates - by supporting them in creating rewarding careers - and with her clients - by working collaboratively to find the best talent to grow their businesses.
