Taylar joined Six Degrees Executive in Brisbane in 2024 and specialises in Technology recruitment across Queensland's Government. She partners with mid-level professionals through to senior leaders across permanent and temporary appointments. With over 11 years’ experience in customer service and sales prior to recruitment, Taylar brings strong commercial awareness and relationship-building capability to her work.

Holding a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources and Marketing, she approaches recruitment with structure, clarity and accountability. She works closely with Queensland Government clients to support technology teams navigating growth and change, ensuring appointments align to operational need and cultural fit. Taylar is known for her energy, resilience and commitment to building trusted partnerships with both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gaming, cooking and camping.
