Christie Smyth

Executive Consultant

Christie joined the Six Degrees Sydney team in 2022 as an Executive Consultant, specialising in FMCG, Consumer Sales and Category Management.  

With a career spanning over 20 years in FMCG, Christie has extensive experience in all areas of the industry holding business management, buying, consulting and category management roles in established blue-chip organisations and emerging start-ups in the Australian market. Prior to this, Christie graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in marketing).  

On a personal level, Christie loves playing competitive netball and supporting her favourite team, the Giants. 

Christie has a passion for connecting with people, playing a role in the success of her clients and candidates and being a part of an organisation that can make a difference in people's lives. Christie’s positive and enthusiastic approach is summed up in her favourite quote from Gregory Orr, “If we are not supposed to dance, why all this music?”
