Dani joined Six Degrees Executive in Queensland in 2024 and specialises in Technology recruitment across Government environments, partnering on contract appointments within software development, testing and integration. With seven years’ recruitment experience across HR, Finance, Accounting and Technical Software Delivery, she brings strong stakeholder management capability and end-to-end hiring expertise across complex technical markets.
Dani works closely with hiring leaders to understand program objectives, team capability gaps and delivery timeframes, ensuring each appointment strengthens both immediate project outcomes and longer-term workforce planning. She understands the governance, pace and structure required within public sector ecosystems and takes a disciplined, transparent approach to candidate engagement.
Known for her empathy and open communication style, Dani builds trust quickly and ensures both clients and candidates feel informed throughout the recruitment process.
Originally from the UK, Dani has called Australia home for the past eight years. Outside of work, she enjoys early morning walks along the waterfront, strong coffee and spending time with her young family, embracing a balanced and grounded lifestyle.
