Jessica Hickey joined the Six Degrees team in June 2023 as Consultant, specializing in Supply Chain recruitment. Jessica's dedication and expertise in her field has garnered recognition across the industry, earning her the prestigious 2022 Rising Star Award at the RCSA Industry Awards.

Passionate about making a difference, Jessica actively contributes to the field by holding key roles. As an elected council member and Next Gen Representative on RCSA VIC/TAS Council, she plays a crucial part in shaping the future of recruitment. Her leadership extends further as she takes the helm as Member Lead for Next Gen Strategic initiatives, showcasing her commitment to driving positive change.

A graduate of Bachelor of Business in Marketing & HR from RMIT University, Jessica brings a robust commercial acumen to her role, effectively partnering with clients and candidates alike. Her approach revolves around fostering meaningful relationships and networks, ensuring optimal recruitment outcomes for business-critical vacancies at renowned global brands.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jessica leads a fulfilling life in Bayside with her partner Spencer, a charming border collie cross named Ace, and a retired Off the Track Thoroughbred affectionately called Moo. Her love for her community and her dedication to making a difference align perfectly with her favourite quote by Michelle Obama: "Success isn't about how much money you make.
