James joined Six Degrees Executive in 2023 and is part of the Sydney Supply Chain Contracting team, specialising in supply chain appointments. He focuses on contract roles across logistics and distribution, supporting businesses that need capability quickly and reliably in fast-moving operational environments.

Before relocating to Australia, James built his recruitment career in the UK, working across IT and Healthcare. With over seven years of industry experience, he brings strong process discipline and a calm, consistent approach to contract recruitment, where speed matters but alignment still counts. He is known for acting in the best interests of all parties, keeping communication clear and ensuring expectations are set early.

James holds a BA (Hons) in Key Stage 2/3 Education with Qualified Teacher Status, and has a specialisation in French language. That background has shaped how he builds trust, explains detail clearly, and supports people through change.

Outside of work, James is a passionate football fan and plays for his local Sunday league team.
