Michelle started at Six Degrees Melbourne in 2016. She is an experienced consultant across the Services, Technology and B2B. Michelle specialises in recruiting mid to senior roles including Marketing Directors, Head of Marketing, Marketing Managers and Product Managers.

Recently, Michelle has expanded her role to Manager, guiding our team of Marketing, Communications, and For Purpose consultants with her  impeccable market acumen, steady hand, and commitment to excellence. 

Beginning her career in industry, Michelle is able to tap into her experience from working in sales and operations roles at Shell, Vodafone and Coles across New Zealand and Australia. Michelle also spent a year working for a West African based social enterprise supporting small scale farmers scale up from subsistence farming through mobile technology. More locally, she has worked and volunteered with YGAP for many years.
