Lauren joined Six Degrees Executive in 2019 and is a pivotal member of the Leadership Team in Victoria, heading the For-Purpose & Communications Practice. With over 14 years of recruitment experience across Australia and the UK, Lauren specialises in Communications, Corporate Affairs, Marketing, and Fundraising recruitment. She partners with organisations across the For-Purpose, Commercial and Public sectors to recruit strategic and critical positions, including senior and executive roles.

Lauren’s passion for recruitment began early in her career while working in the Job Services sector, collaborating with community organisations to enhance job readiness and make a positive impact on people’s lives through employment. This desire to create meaningful change continues to drive her work, whether supporting professionals in finding their next career opportunity or assisting organisations in securing the right talent to achieve their goals.
