Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling messaging and positioning strategies tailored to key customer segments
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies, including competitive analysis and channel enablement
- Drive B2B campaign planning and content delivery to support awareness and lead generation
- Deliver the annual B2B marketing calendar aligned to business goals across multiple audiences
- Lead marketing delivery across tradeshows, association partnerships, events, and exhibitions
- Optimize the B2B customer journey and drive improvements in lead conversion
- Equip sales teams with tools, playbooks, case studies, and tailored communications
- Gather customer insights and market intelligence to shape marketing and product strategies
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and customer success teams
- Mentor and develop your direct report to support team and business growth
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably within retail, wholesale, or product-driven sectors
- Strong experience developing and executing GTM strategies for multiple customer segments
- Skilled at campaign management, messaging development, and demand generation
- Highly organized, agile, and able to juggle multiple projects while maintaining focus on outcomes
- Insight-driven, customer-obsessed, and passionate about creating value through marketing
- Strong collaborator, confident managing cross-functional workflows and building relationships
- Someone who loves to think creatively, test new ideas, and drive ongoing performance improvement
