A well-established, forward-thinking player in the financial services and lending space is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead broker acquisition and retention initiatives across residential, asset finance, and commercial lending channels.  This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own the strategy, manage campaign execution, and guide two high-performing Marketing Specialists. The team’s goal is clear: grow the customer network and keep them engaged through tailored digital marketing, automation, and sales enablement.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to attract and retain brokers across three distinct segments:Residential (mortgage brokers), Asset Finance (vehicle, equipment finance brokers) and Commercial (property development, debtor finance brokers)
  • Own the performance and delivery of multi-channel campaigns including Paid LinkedIn and trade media, eDM and nurture journeys, website optimisation (UX, conversion paths, content), lead magnets and webinars
  • Lead and mentor two Marketing Specialists, ensuring clear prioritisation, delivery, and ongoing development
  • Work closely with the Sales team to align on audience insights and campaign timing, develop tailored sales collateral and tools to support broker conversion
  • Improve lead handover, qualification, and pipeline tracking
  • Report on marketing performance with a data-led, test-and-learn approachKey metrics: lead volume, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Manage marketing budget and external suppliers (media, creative, tech)

What You’ll Bring
  • 7+ years’ experience in marketing with a strong focus on digital performance and lead generation
  • Background in financial services, fintech, broking, SaaS or complex B2B
  • Demonstrated ability to run targeted digital campaigns using paid social (LinkedIn essential), marketing automation (e.g. Dynamics 365, HubSpot), and eDM platforms and website CMS
  • Strong people leadership skills 
  • A commercial mindset – you're focused on output, pipeline, and conversion, not just ideas
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement – confident collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and Product
