THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, and as part of the wider Operations team, you will take ownership of all aspects of the supply chain.  
day-to-day this role will include:
  • Providing daily guidance, mentorship, and direction to a Supply Chain Coordinator
  • Designing and executing inventory management strategies that balance product availability with carrying costs
  • Overseeing end-to-end import process including documentation, customs compliance, and delivery scheduling
  • Building and maintaining a strategic partnership with 3PL provider, serving as primary point of contact
  • Leading supply chain technology evaluation and implementation projects 
  • Optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process and esnuring visibility & commercial viability through reporting and analysis
ABOUT YOU:
You will have a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proven experience managing supply chain operations in a multi-channel retail environment (i.e. ecommerce and physical retail)
  • Demonstrable experience with international shipping logistics and high volume inventory control
  • Track record of successful 3PL partnership management and optimization
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field preferred (or a level of experience to supersede this)
