A leading professional services firm is expanding marketing team and is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive market priority marketing initiatives.

This role is at the heart of the firm’s go-to-market strategy, supporting priority clients, market trends, and industry positioning. You’ll collaborate with business leaders, industry teams, and global counterparts to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive demand, enhance brand positioning, and create commercial impact.

What You’ll Do:
✔️ Develop and implement a market-driven marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s growth priorities.
✔️ Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing insights that shape market positioning and demand generation.
✔️ Work closely with industry teams to create integrated marketing programs that drive engagement and consideration among priority clients.
✔️ Lead content marketing initiatives, developing thought leadership, signature campaigns, and differentiated go-to-market strategies.
✔️ Align with global marketing teams to localize and roll out global initiatives for the Australian market.
✔️ Champion brand and messaging consistency, ensuring all marketing efforts align with corporate identity and industry best practices.
✔️ Track and optimize marketing performance, leveraging data analytics and ROI measurement tools to demonstrate impact.
✔️ Drive marketing governance and compliance, ensuring all programs meet legal, risk, and brand standards.
✔️ Lead, coach, and develop a team of skilled marketers to execute high-quality campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications (Postgraduate qualifications preferred).
✔️ Experience in professional services or consultancy is highly advantageous.
✔️ Proven experience leading B2B marketing programs with a focus on demand generation, market positioning, and stakeholder engagement.
✔️ Ability to work in complex, matrixed environments, building relationships across business functions, industry teams, and global counterparts.
✔️ Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
✔️ Agile, proactive, and strategic thinker – comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
✔️ Experience in marketing analytics – using data insights to optimize performance and demonstrate ROI.
✔️ A connector and collaborator – someone who naturally joins the dots across different teams to drive cohesive marketing strategies.
