About the Role
With a major brand transformation and media strategy underway, this role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless execution of acquisition campaigns, balancing short-term sales goals with long-term brand building. You’ll manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, collaborate with top-tier agencies, and ensure the right media and creative strategy is in place to drive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand & Creative Leadership: Lead the rebrand and relaunch of a brand, working closely with creative agencies and internal teams.
- Media Strategy & Execution: Drive the media strategy, overseeing the RFP process for a new media agency while ensuring alignment across ATL and digital channels.
- Campaign Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring integration across TV, digital, call centers, and the website.
- Customer Research & Insights: Leverage customer research to inform brand positioning and acquisition strategy.
- Acquisition & Performance Marketing: Focus on acquisition marketing, ensuring campaign strategies drive immediate sales while supporting long-term brand awareness.
- Regulatory & Compliance Alignment: Navigate a highly regulated environment, ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned with legal and compliance requirements.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams, global stakeholders, and external agencies to ensure a phased and well-coordinated rollout of the new brand.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Oversee the implementation of analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, working with SMEs to drive data-informed decisions.
About You:
- 7+ years experience in marketing, media, and brand strategy, preferably within services, utilities, or regulated industries.
- Strong experience in brand positioning, media planning (ATL & digital), and acquisition marketing.
- Expertise in managing agency relationships, including creative and media agencies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in handling complex approvals with legal and compliance teams.
- Deep project management capabilities, ensuring smooth execution of multi-phase brand transitions and marketing campaigns.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-touch environment with multiple moving pieces.
- Ability to challenge and refine brand strategies, ensuring messaging resonates with both short-term sales objectives and long-term positioning.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze insights from marketing mix models to optimize campaigns.
