Their expertise lies in translating complex data into meaningful stories, helping organisations understand demographic trends, economic shifts, and spatial data to drive better outcomes.  As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy, strengthen the brand, and build deeper engagement with customers.

The Role
As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a marketing strategy that enhances our brand presence, drives customer acquisition, and strengthens retention. Working as part of the Customer team, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Consulting teams to optimise customer engagement and ensure a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints.  This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:
Marketing Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and delivers measurable growth in brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
Brand Leadership – Act as the brand custodian, ensuring brand consistency across all channels, sub-brands, and customer interactions.
B2B Campaigns – Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel B2B campaigns, generating high-quality leads and educating the market on the value of their solutions.
Customer Engagement & Advocacy – Define and drive account-based marketing initiatives to increase customer loyalty and advocacy.
Sales & Market Support – Partner with the Sales team to create demand-generation opportunities and support sales enablement efforts.
Digital & Data-Driven Marketing – Manage and optimise digital channels (website, email, social, content) using data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Industry Partnerships – Build and nurture strategic relationships with key industry players, customers, and partners.
Team Leadership & Development – Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
Performance Measurement – Establish and track marketing KPIs, using data insights to refine strategies and maximise ROI.

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 A strategic and hands-on marketing leader with a strong commercial mindset.
🔹 Proven expertise in B2B marketing, brand strategy, and digital marketing in a growth-focused environment.
🔹 Experience working in a scale-up or in a company expanding into new markets.
🔹 Deep understanding of customer value propositions and how to craft compelling messaging.
🔹 Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
🔹 Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level.
🔹 Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data and metrics to guide decision-making.
