Six Degrees are excited to be partnering with the team at Daniels Donuts to assist them in securing the best talent for their new Decorating plant in NSW. After 9 years of exponential growth in Victoria (now available at 40 locations) Daniels Donuts have decided that the people of NSW also deserve to have access to their 50+ varieties of Donuts. 

This opportunity will suit a senior operations leader who has ideally worked in the baking / food / confectionery industry and who has experience with daily operations of the decorating plant, ensuring efficient production, logistics, product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This is a small facility which will require someone who is happy in a hands on environment managing a small team within a flat organisational structure.

Most of your time will be spent in:
  • Production Management & Scheduling
  • Supply Chain and Inventory Management
  • Quality Control and Food Safety
  • People Management
  • Process Optimisation and Continuous Improvement
  • Maintenance and Equipment Management
