About the Role
This Head of Regulatory & Quality Compliance position is open to a dynamic leader ready to make an impact. You will oversee a team of four specialists, providing technical guidance while ensuring compliance across health (TGA-listed medicines), cosmetics, and beauty tools.
This role balances strategic leadership with hands-on involvement, supporting team growth and fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive regulatory excellence and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team comprising three Quality Managers (Health, Cosmetics, Beauty/Grooming) and a Regulatory Affairs Associate.
  • Ensure compliance with TGA standards for listed medicines, including listings, evidence requirements, and product safety.
  • Oversee quality compliance across cosmetics and beauty tools, navigating Australian and international regulations.
  • Manage reporting on adverse event pharmacovigilance and liaise with third-party providers.
  • Drive strategic projects, such as the rollout of new systems, processes and technology.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows amid ongoing business transformation.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Proven expertise in regulatory compliance for listed medicines, with experience in cosmetics and beauty tools as a bonus.
  • Hands-on leadership style, capable of stepping into day-to-day tasks to support your team.
  • Exposure to both FMCG and pharmaceuticals, with the ability to bridge commercial and compliance priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster trust, team development, and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Passion for health, beauty, and wellness products is a bonus but not essential.
