About the Role
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for planning, activating and reporting of all marketing for the organisations extensive national events program driving awareness and attendance. Responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinate and activate all marketing campaigns for events, including content creation, social media, and advertising.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to support campaign ideation and strategy.
  • Manage project timelines using Monday.com to ensure smooth execution across teams.
  • Write and build event marketing eDMs, advertising, and social media copy.
  • Track event-related content across social channels, driving engagement and follower acquisition.
  • Manage event marketing assets and work with internal and external stakeholders on campaign delivery.
  • Analyse marketing performance and provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns.
  • Assist with budget preparation and account reconciliation for event marketing activities.

Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role, you will hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working in Events Marketing will be highly regarded.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills across multiple platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Experience managing marketing outputs from teams and agencies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Monday.com.
