About the Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee all aspects of marketing strategy, including campaigns to drive growth for national events, across membership, and educational programs. This hands-on role involves managing a small team and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop creative and strategic marketing solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for events, membership, sponsorship, and educational programs.
  • Manage a small, high-performing marketing team, ensuring all KPIs and deadlines are met overseeing a marketing budget.
  • Drive event attendance and engagement through creative campaigns for national summits, state-based events, and online forums.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new member and sponsor opportunities and create innovative marketing solutions.
  • Manage media planning, buying, and relationships with external agencies, ensuring advertising budgets and schedules are optimised.
  • Oversee the use of Pardot and digital marketing tools to enhance customer journeys and audience segmentation.Produce engaging copy and collaborate with in-house designers on digital, print, and event materials.
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role, you will hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies for events, membership, and sponsorships.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, campaign analysis, and media buying.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets and timelines.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Creative, adaptable, and solutions-focused with high energy and enthusiasm.
