The role
This position, reporting directly to the Head of Sales will take complete ownership of the strategic management of the Convenience and Speciality Channels with the support of three Customer Business Managers and four Key Account Managers. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of convenience and speciality channels that drive growth, further cement category captaincy, and deliver to the commercial goals of the overall business. Across all aspects of the customers, you will ensure category engagement and collaboration, leading the team to foster effective partnerships for all touch points of the accounts and relationships.
Experience required
This is a role for an experienced Sales Manager with experience in managing similar speciality channels. You will have demonstrated experience with new business development, creating strong channel plans, negotiating large tenders and contracts alongside exceptional people leadership experience. You will display strategic agility, courageous leadership and a progressive category mindset.
