About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our client’s operations team on a 12-month contract, reporting directly to the COO. This role will focus on leading key operational projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and franchise partners. Responsibilities include overseeing project discovery and investigation phases, building strong business cases, crafting commercial strategies, and executing project rollouts to generate new revenue streams.

About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, or Project Manager within a franchise environment. They should possess excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, alongside strong operational insight and commercial acumen. A background or passion for the fitness and health industry is highly desirable.
