About the Role
The ASX Lead will develop and execute AICD’s ASX sector strategy, aiming to increase the impact, reach, and relevance of the AICD’s work with ASX directors and organisations.
The role involves driving coordination across AICD’s departments, engaging with key stakeholders, and establishing strategic partnerships. This individual will also manage consultative forums, represent AICD at senior levels, and deliver targeted initiatives to advance corporate governance practices.
This position can be based in either Sydney, NSW, or Melbourne, Victoria.

- Degree or MBA in business or related discipline, with extensive experience in senior roles within or working with listed organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead impact strategies and align them with global governance trends.
- Strong engagement skills with ASX stakeholders and governance bodies.
- Excellent negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing high-level strategic projects with multiple priorities.
- Ability to prepare high-quality plans, briefs, and submissions.
- Strong project management skills and responsiveness to stakeholder needs.
