About the Client:

Our client is undergoing a major ERP migration as part of a broader initiative to streamline and enhance their business processes. We are partnering with them to recruit an experienced Business Process Analyst who will focus on driving process improvement across multiple departments while ensuring a seamless ERP transition. This role is ideal for someone passionate about identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and facilitating continuous improvement during and after the ERP implementation.

Role Overview:

As a Business Process Analyst, you will be instrumental in analysing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working with cross-functional teams to implement more efficient workflows. You will also play a key role in the ERP migration project, ensuring that the new system is aligned with optimized processes and business requirements. This is a high-impact role for someone with a keen eye for process improvement and a strong background in ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement and Analysis:
  • Collaborate with business units to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that will enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that any process changes align with overall business objectives and can be supported by the ERP system.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive process optimization initiatives, ensuring that improvements are integrated into the ERP migration.
ERP Migration Support
  • Serve as the liaison between the business and ERP project teams, ensuring that process improvements are accurately reflected in the system design, testing, and implementation.
  • Assist with the migration of master data, ensuring that cleansed and optimized data is loaded into the new system.
Change Management and Training:
  • Support the communication and change management process by ensuring that all stakeholders understand and are on board with process improvements.
  • Facilitate the training of key users and local teams, ensuring that process improvements are fully integrated into the way teams use the new ERP system.
Business Readiness and Continuous Improvement:
  • Lead the business in go-live readiness, ensuring that all process improvements are tested and operational before launch.
  • Provide ongoing support during the hyper-care phase and continuously monitor processes to identify further improvement opportunities post-implementation.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in business process analysis and improvement, with a proven track record of delivering tangible operational enhancements.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Manufacturing, Finance, or Supply Chain.
  • Previous experience in ERP migration projects
  • Ability to conduct thorough GAP analyses and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process changes with business needs.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing risks, timelines, and budgets.
  • A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvements that support business goals.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus around process changes and improvements.
