About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and managing one direct report, this role is responsible for building commercial engagement and retention strategies across multiple customer segments.  You will develop integrated campaigns leveraging content, social media, events and email marketing – with a particular focus on personalised communications.  Evolving the existing customer journey programs, you will also build new programs to improve performance across key segments.   Cohorts may include dormant customers, customers who’s frequency changes, or those where there is an opportunity to cross sell into other product offerings. This role requires an analytically minded leader, who deeply understands the data to make informed recommendations to the business. 
 
About You
You are a degree qualified, experienced marketing leader, with a proven track record of working across complex organisations and delivering results through others.   You must have lifecycle and retention marketing experience within SaaS, fintech or services – utilising Salesforce.  You excel in interrogating the data (qualitative and quantitative) to guide decision making. With strong written and verbal communication skills, you thrive in a fast paced environment and are keen to see the fruits of your labour delivered quickly.
