About the role
 
The purpose of this role is to pursue beer volume and profit growth with multiple existing National On Premise customers and by winning new business with major on premise and hospitality groups.
 
For the right ‘can do’ candidate the role represents a rare opportunity to join a dynamic new sales channel in the business and to help shape its future as a vital driver of long-term sustainable keg and pack beer growth.
 
In this role you will:
  • Actively hunt, pitch and win new major National on-premise business including bar and pub groups, restaurant and café groups, clubs, airlines, airport retail operators, hotel and accommodation groups, casino and entertainment venues, stadiums and convention centres.
  • Drive growth on multiple existing strategic accounts.
  • Grow Coopers tap share and overall keg and pack beer presence and performance.
  • Build strong customer relationships and trusting, rational and lasting partnerships.
  • Actively contribute to the development of a high-performance culture within the National On Premise team and broader Coopers sales team and business.
  • Represent the company in accordance with Coopers’ Guiding Principles in day-to-day role and at customer events, dinners, sponsorship events and other engagements as required.
 
About You
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience with a leading FMCG.
  • Highly sought after:
    • Beer or liquor industry experience.
    • Key on premise account management experience.
  • Established customer relationships with major national on-premise groups.
