About the Role
The Marketing Manager will oversee the school's strategic marketing, communication, and promotional activities. This role is integral in promoting the school’s image within the broader community, including to prospective students and families. Reporting directly to the School Principal, the role involves both strategy development and hands-on execution, with the support of a Marketing Officer. You will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing a Strategic Marketing Plan to enhance the College's brand, attract students and staff, and celebrate achievements.
  • Overseeing all marketing and promotional efforts, including creating and maintaining a College Style Guide and managing both digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
  • Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Coordinating key College and community engagement events.
  • Managing the marketing budget and liaising with vendors for the development of promotional materials.
  • Creating and managing digital and traditional media campaigns.
  • Promoting the College's achievements within the community and enhancing its corporate and community image.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will:
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in marketing or communications.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Have expertise in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Be proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised.
  • Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Show a proactive approach and strong organisational skills.
