We are looking for a National Operations Manager to join this dynamic business. Reporting directly to the Group Operations Manager and working closely with the CEO, the National Operations Manager will lead a team of four Area Coaches amd oversee 21 large-scale venues (both franchise and corporate) across Australia and support the strong expansion plans for more venues. This role involves close collaboration with various departments, stakeholders, and senior management to drive business expansion and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring optimal resource use, adherence to quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Build exceptional commercial relationships with the franchise partners and company owned venue staff.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and analyze financial reports to identify improvement areas and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide strong leadership to the Area Coaches, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing brand engagement, development, and retention.
  • Develop strong relationships across the business with internal stakeholders, to drive growth for the brand and business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong operations background with experience in both the franchise and hospitality sectors. They should be a collaborative, passionate leader with robust commercial and strategic skills, a proven track record in business growth, and a genuine love for sports and hospitality. Exceptional relationship-building skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding results and customer experiences are essential for this role.
