Over 30 women came together for the workshop, which provided emerging leaders with the key capabilities, confidence and motivation to learn and grow as effective leaders.
The workshop combined best-practice leadership development with evidence-based insights from the 2018 Women in Leadership research, creating an immersive experience designed to help participants unlock their potential as authentic, impactful leaders.
Conducted in an interactive, challenging yet supportive peer-based environment, the workshop provided participants with powerful content from real leadership experts, drawing on the field of psychology and evidence-based practice. Participants were given the opportunity to translate these ideas into individualised action plans, as well as working through a relevant business or leadership challenges related to their organisation.
A special thank you to the CLA for facilitating the workshop, and to various speakers throughout the day for an insightful discussion.
