This role is pivotal in driving change, ensuring proactive maintenance, and steering a team toward enhanced reliability and safety across the facility.
This is a 12-month contract.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a mechanically adept Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in high-volume FMCG or beverage manufacturing environments. This role requires a balance between hands-on troubleshooting and strategic delegation, as you will work in both hands-on and supervisory roles to keep production running smoothly.

- Supervise maintenance staff and support production teams.
- Manage equipment stock levels and budget matters.
- Assist with system transitions (e.g., CMMS to ERP).
- Attend daily maintenance meetings and ensure safety standards.
- At least five years in a high-volume FMCG or beverage production environment.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in maintenance planning and team supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP/CMMS systems.
