We are working with an international consumer electronics business with a strong reputation for creating high quality technical products. As a company, they are always looking to innovate and bring new products to market based on consumer and industry needs, as well as branch into new business areas. Their products are sold through mass-retail, specialist and direct to consumer channels and they have been established in the Australian market for over 20 years.

About The Role


The Product Manager role will sit within the Marketing & Product team for the business unit, working closely between sales, marketing and logistics. This person will be responsible for bringing new products to market in line with the global portfolio, and ensuring the right stock is in place to planned timelines. They will work with mass-market and specialist retailers to create personalised solutions so they can better serve their customers. The Product Manager will play a key part in forecasting based on retailer demand, as well as recommending sku’s for promotions based on availability and sales performance.

About You


To be considered for this role, you must be highly analytical, and numbers driven, with the ability to read sales reports and understand forecasting. You must be resilient and able to work with highly passionate salespeople, working on competing demands and be a strong problem solver. This role would be suited to an established Product Manager with 2-3 years’ experience at this level and is looking to learn a new industry. Candidates from a broad range of industries will be considered, as long as they can demonstrate strong foundations of product management across both B2B and B2C channels.
