Our client, a leader in their industry, are looking for an Inventory Coordinator. They are a market leader in the food manufacturing and FMCG industry.
The Inventory Coordinator role has full responsibility for ensuring a high level of stock accuracy across their warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely receipt of all inbound goods supporting the distribution function. Working closely with manufacturing teams, you’ll ensure the smooth and efficient transfer of products to designated stock locations. In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you’ll have the autonomy to make key decisions that keep warehouse operations running seamlessly.
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Coordinator (3-5 years), ideally from food & beverage or FMCG, who is commercially focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and thrives in a fast paced environment. Demonstrated proficiency in Inventory Management, working with ERP systems and Excel is also preferred. The successful candidate must also possess a forklift licence.

- Monitor and confirm daily orders, clearly communicating any potential stockouts or supply risks.
- Manage stock replenishment and place orders as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy in line with company policy.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records, track stock levels, and collaborate with warehouse teams to improve inventory management.
- Follow up on order status, deliveries, and stock availability to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and deliver daily and weekly warehouse capacity reports to support operational planning.
- Promote and actively participate in a culture of safety to help maintain a secure working environment.
