About the Role
My client is a privately owned B2B financial services organisation based in Melbourne, seeking a digital marketing contractor with deep expertise in acquisition marketing and paid advertising—specifically across LinkedIn. In this short-term contract, you’ll hit the ground running, working closely with internal stakeholders across the business. You’ll be supported by a collaborative communications team and a well-regarded external digital agency. We’re looking for a clear communicator and strategic thinker—someone confident in managing competing priorities and delivering impactful campaigns without agency support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end acquisition and retention campaigns, including budgeting, channel planning, and performance analysis.
  • Execute LinkedIn and paid media campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Develop targeted content and messaging aligned with campaign objectives.
About You:
  • Minimum 5 years' digital marketing experience.
  • Proven success developing and executing campaigns across paid and owned channels.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Ads.
  • Must be immediately available.
