About the Company
We are delighted to announce our partnership with Coopers Brewery in the search for their next Sales Analyst. Coopers is Australia’s largest independent family-owned brewery. For six generations they have been custodians of a proud legacy that began in 1862 when Thomas Cooper brewed his first batch of ale. Today, their unique brand of naturally conditioned ales and stouts are enjoyed around the world, and they are still making these beers using the same traditional brewing methods that Thomas Cooper did. Coopers Brewery are proud of their history, culture and have a continued focus on growth, innovation and diversification.
About the Role
As the Sales Analyst for Coopers Brewery, you'll play a pivotal role in utilising a variety of databases to prepare reports, customer decks and assist on quarterly business reviews for the Cooper’s business. Beyond this, your responsibilities will encompass presenting business reviews to brand partners, translating data insights into user-friendly actionable outcomes, improving on standard reporting processes and enhancing current company data analysis methods. This role will give you a great chance to utilise a data centric skillset but also be involved in presentations to both internal and external key stakeholders.
Skills and Experience Required
The successful candidate will have experience either working in an insights / data agency environment or in a relevant Analyst role from within the FMCG/Consumer Goods or retail industry. You must have the capability to strongly communicate data and insights in a user-friendly manner, have exceptionally strong Excel skills and come with demonstrated expertise in either Circana, Nielsen or related data programs. This role would suit someone who genuinely loves telling a story through data and collaborating with broader commercial team across multiple projects, brands and customer groups.
