Are you an e-commerce specialist passionate about delivering high-quality online experiences? Join a leading organisation within the Automotive industry and play a key role in managing product content, optimising marketplace listings, and enhancing digital performance across multiple platforms.

About the Role: 
As the E-Commerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of product content across e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, merchandisers, and digital teams, to optimise product listings and improve online discoverability
  • Managing Product Content & Listings – Own the end-to-end process of product data management, including gathering information from suppliers, enriching product descriptions, and ensuring seamless product uploads via SAP and PIM systems.
  • Marketplace Optimisation – Maintain and enhance product listings across key digital marketplaces, ensuring pricing, images, and descriptions are optimised for visibility and conversion.
  • Process Improvement & Team Collaboration – Work with content teams to enhance operational efficiency, ensuring timely and high-quality product data updates.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting – Leverage Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track product performance, identify trends, and implement improvements to drive sales.
  • Promotional Execution – Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and execute digital merchandising strategies.
  • Technical Troubleshooting – Partner with the Customer Care Team to resolve any product or website-related issues, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.

About You:
  • 3+ years' experience in e-commerce, preferably within retail trading systems.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP and product information management (PIM) systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables) with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Experience with Google Analytics for tracking and optimizing online performance.
  • Knowledge of marketplace platforms and digital merchandising tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
  • Interest or experience in the automotive industry is a bonus.
