Our Client
Our client is a provider of cyber security, secure private cloud, and managed technology solutions. A publicly listed company, our client specialises in delivering highly secure cloud infrastructure alongside managed cyber security and consulting services for enterprise and government customers.
Due to some internal structural changes our client has identified the need for a National Sales Director that will be responsible for building a high performing team and go to market strategy that will see the business deliver on their growth trajectory.
The Role
This role is an exciting senior opportunity that requires an established sales leader that will be responsible for building, leading, and developing a high-performing sales team and can develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new customers as well as driving revenue growth across their existing customer base.
As the business is in a period of change & transformation the role requires understanding of the new strategic direction for our client and will leverage this to build out the broader commercial and team strategy whilst developing & managing sales forecasts, setting clear team goals, targets, and performance expectations to drive success.
Reporting directly into the CEO, this role is a pivotal & exciting role for our client and needs someone that is keen to continue progressing their career within cloud and managed services.
The Individual
This role requires an individual that is currently working in a similar sales leadership capacity within technology and ideally has worked across cyber security, managed services or cloud solutions. They will be excited by the prospect of a greenfield opportunity where they can demonstrate where they have taken a sales business through transformational change and delivered on a high growth business strategy whilst building & driving a high performance culture.
They will be a 'hunter' by nature with a sound track record of driving business growth within both existing customers but also bringing on new logos.
This individual will have executive presence, they will be able to hold themselves competently and confidently across the executive suite, building credibility to deliver compelling outcomes for their clients.
It would be great if the successful individual has a background that is well-rounded, with experience working in a more structured, process driven environment, paired with exposure to smaller more entrepreneurial organisation where they have developed or nurtured a natural growth mindset and want to continue expanding on this.
