Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Lifecycle Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute email, SMS, and other retention-focused campaigns that increase repeat purchases, encourage long-term brand loyalty, and improve customer engagement.
- Post-Purchase Optimization: Implement and optimize strategies that enhance post-purchase communication, aiming to boost repeat buying and customer retention.
- Manage Loyalty & Rewards Programs: Refine and enhance loyalty and rewards programs to maximize customer participation and increase lifetime value.
- Personalized Segmentation: Utilize customer data to develop targeted strategies that personalize offers and product recommendations, driving more relevant and compelling interactions.
- Win-Back Strategies: Develop and execute targeted strategies to re-engage lapsed customers and bring them back into the brand’s ecosystem.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with ecommerce, customer service, and marketing teams to align retention strategies across all customer touchpoints.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data and performance metrics from tools such as Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and customer data platforms to fine-tune campaigns and retention strategies.
- Optimize Recurring Revenue Models: Manage subscription and replenishment models to ensure recurring revenue and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Experience in Retention Marketing: At least 1+ years of experience in a retention marketing or lifecycle marketing role. Ideally, experience within the sports and leisure sector or a similar lifestyle brand is preferred.
- Proven Expertise in Email & SMS Campaigns: A track record of successfully developing, executing, and optimizing email and SMS campaigns that drive repeat purchases and increase customer engagement.
- Loyalty & Rewards Programs: Experience managing and enhancing loyalty programs, ensuring they effectively boost customer retention and engagement.
- Strong Analytical Skills: You should be highly comfortable working with platforms like Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and customer data tools to gather insights and drive improvements in campaigns.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of customer segmentation and behavior, allowing you to develop strategies that truly resonate with the brand's audience.
- Collaborative Nature: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer service, ecommerce).
- Passion for Sports & Leisure: An understanding of and enthusiasm for the sports and leisure industry will give you a distinct edge when developing customer retention strategies.
