Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Officer seeking your next challenge?
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join a leading organisation based in South Yarra. In this role, you will oversee the accounts payable process, manage invoices and payments, assist with bank reconciliations, and support key financial projects while collaborating with teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the accounts inbox and process supplier invoices and statements.
  • Coordinate payment approvals and Purchase Orders.
  • Accurately enter invoices into the Xero accounting system.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and payment preparation.
  • Contribute to finance projects and management reporting.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and support continuous improvement.
About You:
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Xero and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
  • Previous experience in accounts payable is essential.
