AO3 Levies / Administration Officer

Six Degrees Executive is partnering with a State Government Department to recruit multiple Levy Officers for levy processing and enforcement. These roles will support the processing and reconciliation of levy revenue while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and finalise levy revenue and project data using CRM and finance systems.
  • Reconcile project costs and update the general ledger.
  • Provide accurate advice to stakeholders regarding QLeave’s services.
  • Interpret and apply relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in person.
  • Identify and report non-compliance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and suggest process improvements.
  • Assist with managing incoming calls and enquiries.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience in administration, finance, or compliance-related roles.
  • Ability to process and interpret project and financial data.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong technical literacy, including experience with various systems, intermediate computer skills, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with government or regulatory environments (highly regarded).
