Their products are found throughout majority of households in Australia and they continue to be up in lights throughout the grocery channel. As a results of continued growth, there is now a newly created opportunity in their Woolworths team.
About the role
Reporting to the National Business Manager, this newly created role will be managing 3 categories within Woolworths, a portfolio worth circa $100m. With an already strong relationship in place, you will be stepping into a genuine success story that requires you to continue to build and implement commercial business plans by partnering with the broader sales, category & marketing teams to drive innovation and NPD strategies. This role will require you to utilise your exceptional financial acumen to develop robust pricing & promotional strategies, as well as identifying opportunities for further growth and business.
Skills & experience
To be successful in this role, you must posses national account management experience specifically within Coles or Woolworths within an FMCG business. Ideally degree qualified, you will have demonstrated experience in driving commercial sales strategies and proven financial acumen in the delivery and management of pricing & P&L projects. A stint in category management will be an advantage, or close exposure to this function will also be highly regarded, however what is most important is that we are seeking candidates who are wanting to carve a long term career within a leading FMCG business with their head office in Melbourne.
