This role will manage internal and external communications, ensuring clear, engaging, and effective messaging across various channels. About the Role

This role will manage internal and external communications, ensuring clear, engaging, and effective messaging across various channels. The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital communications, content development, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to support the hospital’s initiatives.
- Manage public affairs activities, including media relations, crisis communications, and community engagement.
- Create compelling written content for various platforms, including internal newsletters, media releases, and corporate reports.
- Execute digital communications, including content development and management for SharePoint and other online platforms.
- Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
- Support executive and leadership teams with speech writing, presentations, and key messaging.
- Monitor media coverage and provide insights on public sentiment and reputation management.
- Proven experience in communications, public affairs, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare or public sector.
- Strong writing and content development skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Experience managing SharePoint and other digital communication tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive communications with discretion.
